My husband LOVES this jacket so much that I bought it in 3 different colors! It’s his go-to jacket for work. It is so comfortable and just the right thickness for when he’s on a job that he has to go inside and out a lot. Perfect weight!

I may be a bit partial, since this is not my first buy. I have bought and worn quite a few of these Canvas fleece-lined shirt jackets. My only drawback… I must wait until they go on sale or I have a discount coupon. Like so much in our economy today, I cannot afford to buy the numbers I’d like. I will say, however, if you are familiar with the normal quality and workmanship of Carhartt clothing, then you’ll be very pleased with this shirt jacket. It is stylish and comfortable at work and play (for the lack of better terms).
For those who have never bought and worn Carhartt, well… I can honestly say the you should not be disappointed with the product. So, you can be assured you’ll like wearing it. As for the cost, hmmm… that’s for you to decide. Every man values his income and how it is spent. I say, give it a try, just once. Then, ascertain for yourself whether the product meets your standards or both product and financial value. That’s what I do. I’m not a wealthy man, but I’ve been sold on Carhartt for a long time.

Saw this shirt-jac at a store called Haddad’s in Munford, TN. Great store! I liked it a lot and was going to buy it. My older brother bought it for me as an early Christmas present. I am a short, fat guy and usually have to wear 3X, which makes the sleeves too long. This fits great on me in 2X with a little extra room to breathe and move. The sleeves are perfect on me in this size. I have only had it for about a week and a half, so I don’t know about long-term wear, but it looks and feels well-made. I wore it to a church event Friday night and got a few compliments on it. It is definitely warm. Our temps have dipper into the upper 20s and low to mid 30s a few times since getting this shirt-jac and it has kept me very comfortable. I’m thinking that someone who is above average in height might find the sleeves to be too short, so I would suggest a “Tall” if they make it in that size.

This is a really nice shirt jacket. I love the feel and the style. It’s a nice heavy material. The fit is more like Carhartt Loose fit instead of relaxed fit.I ordered a medium and would have loved to exchange it for a small. However, Carhartt only offers returns not exchanges. I ordered it on clearance and the price already increased and they don’t have anymore small available. Therefore I chose to keep it even though it’s a little big. I’m 5′ 9″ 170 lbs.

I purchased an XL for my hubby to replace a similar jacket that he has had for years. I was a little disappointed because the outside Canvas is not as heavy & durable as the previous much older version. I hope it will last, but each year the more durable products seem to be being made with less thickness and strength. The fit is good and the price was great now to see if it will hold up to the previous Carhatt coats.

The shirt jacket is okay. The fleece does not go down the sleeves which is not ideal. The biggest issue is that the snap buttons jingle like Santa when not snapped. Really poor quality for carhartt which is disappointing.

I bought this for my husband and he absolutely loves it. It’s comfortable and very warm. He is 5’10” with a slender build and the large fits him well! Best purchase ever!

Great lightweight jacket for cold spring mornings (you know 30 degrees at 5 am and 65 degrees by noon) Fits true to size 6’2″ 200 lbs size medium

It’s very comfortable and warm. I wear this jacket everywhere. It’s nice enough to wear out to a casual dinner and something I don’t worry about getting dirty.

Bought two of these for son and son-in-law for Christmas, XL and 2X. The jacket runs large so returned 2X for a large and fit them very well. I ordered the blue but it turned out to be more of a Mediterranean color, which is beautiful but would’ve been better if it were true blue or navy. He said it was ok when I offered to return for another color. Otherwise nice jacket!

I have one of these jackets already but it got stained with ink, ok for work. I got another one for casual use that looks nice. Extremely comfortable. I usually wear an xtra lg but got the large because they do run big. Love this shirt jacket. Good all around use.

This jacket is perfect for me. It’s light, comfortable and warm enough so I don’t need a heavy coat, and I like the pockets that are on the jacket too.I’ve quit wearing my other jackets and liked it so much that I ordered another one so I won’t be without one for any reason. I’ll be getting a couple more for my boys too.

My favorite piece of clothing. I want to own 10. Classic fit, look, feel? I want to wear it at all times. I put a hoodie in underneath when it gets really cold. I never get too hot! I mean I would wear it all summer! I just don’t want people to think I’m weird.

Not as rugged of material as they used to be. I purchased 2 to replace the same shirt/Jacket I’ve been wearing for 10 years now. It was also advertised as the Carhartt logo snaps which they are not. They are just flat snaps with no logo.

My dad and I both love these shirt/jackets. Perfect for the morning when leaving for work

Just bought this Shirt Jac in the store and love it. The lining is soft and provides a bit more insulation than just a heavyweight shirt and is very soft. With that and the shirt outer, it’s the perfect weight for those 40? – 50? days when a jacket is too heavy and a shirt just isn’t warm enough. Also, I love the inner pocket but wished it zipped closed.
